The License Manager takes care of exactly that – fully automatically. It connects your JTL-Shop with your own LicenseManager app and creates a valid license for every sold item, without any action on your part.

ImprovedDownloads in the customer account: instead of every file as its own row there are now two dropdowns — version and shop version. A product with builds for five shop lines used to fill 45 rows repeating the same version number five times. Without JavaScript the full list stays.
FixedThe heading of the downloads panel counted files instead of versions and therefore reported “45 versions” for nine releases.
NewOn purchase the order's language is passed to the licence. Licence and download mails therefore go out in the language the order was placed in, instead of whichever language happens to be active at send time. Shop languages other than German map to English.

FixedOn a shop whose item properties are translated, the licence fields were not recognised on the English pages: every position stayed on "licence details missing" and the checkout was blocked. The English spellings of the property names are now recognised as well.

FixedA paid order got no licence and never would: if the product was connected to a LicenseManager product only after it had been sold, nothing was captured at the time of the sale, and connecting it afterwards changed nothing. The cron job now rebuilds those orders from the order data itself and issues the licence.
FixedThe same silence hit orders completed outside the customer's browser session - a payment provider confirming the order server-to-server, for instance. Those are recovered as well.
NewSetting "Reconciliation window (days)", default 90: how far back the cron job looks for orders it missed. 0 switches it off.
Improved"Run cron job" now says how many licences were recovered - and how many order positions could not be, because the order carries no licence data at all.

NewLicensed products can now be added to the cart through a direct-buy link. Domain and e-mail are then asked for on the cart item itself.
NewIf the licence details are missing, checkout is blocked and the customer is sent back to the cart with the reason - no more orders no licence can be issued for.
FixedThe licence e-mail went out empty: subject present, body blank. The template is now filled in both languages on install and update. Your own texts are left untouched.
ImprovedA licensed product stays at quantity 1 - for a second licence, add the product again with a different domain.

FixedLicence check: a shop running under www.example.com reported a different spelling of its domain than the licence stores – and was told "this domain is not activated" although its domain is on the licence.
FixedAfter a successful activation the old error message stayed in the update line for up to five days.
