Hide Extension Store - plug-in for JTL-Shop

To get one thing out of the way: this is not about keeping anyone away from the JTL-Extension Store. There are plenty of good plug-ins in there, and everyone running a JTL-Shop knows it anyway. The problem is where the link sits - move quickly between backend pages and you end up clicking it far too often. It would do just as well somewhere else.

So that is what this plug-in does: it hides the entry, because the shop offers no setting for it - the link is fixed under Plug-ins. It is meant for everyone who keeps the shop administration tidy for staff or agency customers. In one of the next versions the entry may become movable instead of only hideable.

What the plug-in does

Hides the JTL-Extension Store entry in the sidebar of the shop administration.
Works on every backend page, not only on the plug-in page.
Leaves every other menu entry alone - including Plug-in manager and My purchases. The store itself stays reachable by its address.
The shop front end is untouched: no extra output, no extra query, no effect on loading time.

How it works

No shop file is touched. The plug-in only adds a single formatting rule to the head of the administration pages.
That is why it survives shop updates: nothing was overwritten, so nothing gets reverted.
Hiding depends on the licence. Deactivate the plug-in or remove the licence and the entry is back immediately.

Requirements

JTL-Shop 5.5, 5.6 or 5.7 with the standard backend template.
A valid licence, activated in the plug-in's License Tab.
