Leave the site with the report already written
The tedious part of an inspection usually starts afterwards: typing up notes, matching photos,
assembling the report, sending it around – and working out at the next visit what has actually
been dealt with. Those hours at the desk are gone. You record what you see on site and walk away
with a finished report for the client, the site manager and every subcontractor.
What you keep is evidence that holds up. Every finding carries its photo, its rating
and the full history through to the fix. When the client, the insurer or an inspector asks, there
is nothing to reconstruct – you simply show where things stand.
Projects, staff and working hours live in the same application: who was on which site and for how
long sits next to the inspection itself. That takes the paper shuffling out of the way between
site management, the office and payroll.
Record the inspection on site
- Create findings straight from a tablet or phone, with a photo for each
- Rate them as notice, defect or no objection
- Text and image templates with categories: insert recurring findings with one click instead of retyping them
- Draft mode – finish an inspection later at your desk
Follow through to the fix
- Every hazard keeps its own history: who changed which status, when and why – comments included, across inspections
- Open items remain visible in the project and report overviews at any time
PDF report and dispatch
- Reports as PDF at the push of a button – photos, rating and history included
- Custom report header with your logo and contact details, globally or per project
- Send directly by e-mail to the client, site management, safety officer or subcontractor
- Every generated PDF stays archived centrally and can be retrieved at any time
Project management
- Projects with address, period, contact and status (planned, running, finished, paused, cancelled)
- Assign employees and clients to a specific project
- Job positions with hourly rates – adjustable per project
- Project statistics for hours and workload at a glance
Time tracking – regular and per project
- Regular working hours including breaks, holidays, public holidays and absences
- Approval workflow: hours are reviewed and released, optionally automatic up to an hour limit
- Separate project hours with activity, job position and mileage – entered by hand or calculated automatically from the driving distance between the employee’s address and the site (via a Geoapify account)
- Export of employee and project hours for payroll or invoicing
Roles, access and operation
- Role model for administrator, employer, employee and client – everyone sees only their part; clients get their own access to the reports of their projects
- Notifications and e-mail templates maintained centrally
- Responsive web interface – no app installation, works on the site tablet and the office PC
- Hosted by us: application and database run on servers in Germany (GDPR compliant)
Licence and support
The software is a one-off purchase – bought once, not licensed per
workstation. Running it adds a monthly fee whose level follows the number of your employees. If
the team grows you move up a tier; if it shrinks, back down again.
That fee covers hosting with us: application and database run on servers in
Germany, including backups and regular security and stability updates. Setup, upgrades
and availability are not your concern. Small visual adjustments – logo, colours,
labels – are included as well. Functional extensions are quoted and built on
request.
