Age-Check Plugin for JTL-Shop (from version 5.3)

Anyone selling age-restricted goods has to ask for the visitor's age before they see the range. JTL-Shop does not ship an age gate of its own.

This plugin puts a pop-up in front of the shop that asks for the date of birth. It is meant for merchants selling e-cigarettes, alcohol, age-rated films and games and other adult products.

Language Variables for All Languages

The plugin supports customization of language variables for each language available in the JTL-Shop. You can find these settings in the language variable settings of the plugin.

Activation and Setting the Minimum Age

In the 'Activate Plugin' section, you can turn the CrispyAgeCheck plugin on or off. Here you also set the minimum age required for access to certain content or products in your shop.

Customizing the Appearance

The design of the age verification window can be customized via the custom.css file. Use the CSS editor available in the plugin's tab to style the appearance according to your preferences.

Updates and License Information

Available updates for the CrispyAgeCheck plugin are displayed in the 'License' tab. The display of updates is available as long as your license for updates is valid.

The settings of the CrispyAgeCheck plugin offer you flexible options to effectively and user-friendly implement age verification in your JTL-Shop.

After updating within the plugin, return to the plugin list and update the plugin using the button in the list.
